What up doe! Da Rumor Mill needed a jump start this month to get its wheels turnin’.
LA Laker Lamar Odom has reportedly gotten another ring - this time a wedding ring. Rumor has it
that the 29-year-old $33 million man married reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, 25, in a private ceremony
in Beverly Hills. Former Olympic star and Khloe’s stepfather Bruce Jenner walked her down the aisle.
Sitting on the sidelines were Lamar’s teammates Luke Walton and Sasha Vujacic. Lakers coach Phil
Jackson was reportedly also present. However, Lamar’s two kids and baby momma were a no show. Is
it love or a publicity stunt? Only time will tell!
Did I say baby momma? Well, on that tip, rumor has it that Danger (the light skinned chick with the
tattoo on her face) from the show “For the Love of Ray J” is pregnant with his child. Although she
denied being pregnant at the end of the season, she recently had a shower and Ray J was present.
Can you say hmmm?
Kanye’ West is rumored to be a new man. The rapper is supposedly seeking rehab for a drinking
problem and has converted to Hinduism. Maybe, he’s crying out for attention!
Speaking of attention, LisaRaye Misick hasn’t been getting much of it from her girls Vivica A. Fox and
Star Jones. The actress is ticked off, because they gave her ex-husband a little more and is on his
side. Payback is a monster, because LisaRaye plans to put her gal pals on blast on her new TV show
that will air on TV One. A source close to the TV One series allegedly said, “LisaRaye hosted Star at
her home in the Turks & Caicos for three weeks when Star was going through her divorce from Al
Reynolds. When the tables turned and McCoy's marriage ended, Star was helping LisaRaye's husband."
LisaRaye also believes that Vivica A. Fox stabbed her in the back as well by tipping Misick off on all of
her intimate secrets. LisaRaye also plans on putting her ex-hubby on blast by revealing all of his drive
by flings.
On a closing note, as many people are sadly losing their jobs and homes, some people are doing
quite well. Rapper Pharrell is one of them. He reportedly spent $110,000 on a hootie. Dang. When you
put the hood on, do you fly off into space? Does it wash itself? I don’t care how rich you are, paying
$110,000 for a hootie is “stupid”. I’m outta here in my $10 hootie.

What up doe! Da Rumor Mill is on and poppin'.
Our girl Tyra Banks has decided to bare it all...that is her real hair. She reportedly said, "This season
on the The Tyra Show we're taking it to the next level and getting more real than ever before by
encouraging women everywhere to own and rock what they've got and be proud! For the season
5premiere, I will be doing just that - no fake hair, I'm rocking my real hair. This will all be going down
on September 8, 2009, which we're declaring National Real Hair Day! We welcome everyone to go
natural with me!"
I guess I better touch up my kitchen, if I'm gonna be down with the "realness" movement.
Speaking of baring it all, Kanye West's gal pal, Amber Rose, is allegedly comin' clean with Kanye about
her past and is baring it all. She reportedly told the rapper about her racy past as a bi-sexual stripper.
She hopes the confession will help to build a foundation of honesty in their relationship. The couple
started dating earlier this year. They split briefly in June but got back together. Amber also confessed
that she had admired Kanye for many years, but stepped back because he was kickin' it with his
former fiance' Alexis Phifer.
Another couple in Da Rumor Mill is Usher and his soon to be ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond. Divorce
papers were allegedly filed in Atlanta. Usher has reportedly been kickin' it like a single man in his own
crib for about a year, after being married for nearly two years. The couple has two kids together,
Usher Raymond V, 18 months and Naviyd, 6 months. Tameka has three other children from a previous
relationship(s).
Did I say children? That leads me to Christina Milian, Nick Cannon's ex, who is reportedly pregnant by
The Dream, who already has a baby by Lil Wayne's new squeeze, who is also reportedly pregnant by Lil
Wayne. Hope you could keep up!
Is there something in the water? Rumor has it that Halle Berry is supposedly pregnant with her second
child. Halle is doing her than without the ring.
But, Ciara may be rockin' a fat rock. 50 Cent reportedly asked her to marry him and she said, "Yes!" I
guess we'll be hearing ATM machines ringing instead of wedding bells. Ching, ching.

But, our mill ain’t the only thang poppin’ off. Love seems to be in the air.
Christina Milian put the word out that she’s engaged to the Dream. Doesn’t he have a baby
by Lil Wayne’s latest Baby Mama, Nivea Woods? Oh well. The two are rumored to jump the broom later
this year.
Speakin’ of baby mamas, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, formerly of Xscape and co-star of the reality show Tiny
and Toya are still planning to wed. She doesn’t seem to have any plans to “Just Kick It,” at least not
unless TI gives her the okay. What happened to the little strong chick from back in the day. Could
she be puttin’ up with it for the true love - love of money? I ain’t mad at ya. We still love ya, Lil Mama.
But, don’t let him put his hands on ya.
Speaking of love of money, who knew that Nas had that much money. Kelis and Nas’ new baby boy
must have popped out with a gold pacifer in his mouth. Nas has reportedly been ordered to pay Kelis
$55,000 a month. Okay...
One celebrity couple that probably won’t be havin’ any babies is Janet Jackson and Jermain Dupri.
The two have reportedly broken up. A pal of Jermaine reportedly told Us Weekly:
“His friends are telling people it’s over. They have been moving in different directions for a while.
You shouldn’t mix business with pleasure. Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have
kept things separate. Jermaine likes to be out there, mingling with everybody, and ¬Janet’s more
shy.” Janet won’t have any problems moving on. Enough said!
Also rumored to be moving on is Rihanna. Sources say that she’s dating Pharrell Williams. Apparently,
the two is making beautiful music in and outside of the studio. The two have been seen together in
London. Hopefully, she’ll have enough sense not to let him beat her upside her head. Get a backbone

Da Rumor Mill stopped in its tracks, upon hearing news of Michael Jackson’s passing. This month is
dedicated to the King of Pop, who died Thursday, June 25, 2009 at age 50.
Who’s bad?
The answer is obvious.
MJ is probably the “greatest” entertainer to live. He was bigger than Elvis, Madonna and the Beetles.
And, he was our boy!
Regardless of mainstream media reports that often times sought to portray him as a weirdo or pervert,
the brotha rose above ridicule to stay on top of the game. No one could deny that MJ was “Bad”.
With a beastlike furry, he dominated the charts with 14 albums staying on Billboard’s top 100 records
for multiple weeks.
MJ defied feats of nature, becoming one of the few artists to have been inducted into the Rock and
Roll Hall of Fame twice. He also has multiple listing in the Guinness World Records, including one for
"Most Successful Entertainer of All Time" with 13 Grammy Awards and 13 number one singles during
his solo career. He’s sold over 750 million albums worldwide.
Setting him apart from other artists is the love showered upon him from around the world. Memorials
have been set up in Detroit, New York, Los Angeles and overseas.
Fans and celebrities from across the globe sought tickets to attend his memorial.
Jackson leaves behind his parents, Katherine and Joseph Jackson, three children, eight siblings and a
multitude of fans. He will truly go down in “history” as the best in entertainment.

Da Rumor Mill is in full gear and ready to go with a bunch of strong women behind the wheel.
It seems like the TV and cable networks are in the giving mood these days. Radio diva Wendy Williams is
set to return to the Fox network with her new show. And, now Frankie Lons and Nefferteria “Neffe”
Pugh (Keyshia Cole’s mother and sister) have reportedly landed their own show on BET. Word has it
that the show will premiere on August 25 at 10 pm. The show will unravel more drama between the
two, as they both strive for financial independence. Frankie, a former drug addict and ex-con, and
Neffie, mother of six children, should bring plenty of drama to BET.
Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, former member of the group Xscape and T.I.’s baby momma, and Antonia
“Toya” Johnson-Carter, Lil Wayne’s exwife, will star in 'Tiny and Toya,' a half-hour reality series on BET
that follows the lives of both young women. Both of them are "striving to find inner strength, peace
and purpose." BET will air a preview special June 15 at 10 p.m. Can sistah get a show too?
Speaking of sistas, all heil the queen! Queen Latifah is allegedly getting back in the rap game. Well kind
of. The Grammy Award winning, Oscar Award nominated, Cover Girl Cosmetics spokeswoman has
assembled a who's who of producers in hip hop music royalty for her new album, titled 'Persona' that
is slated to drop July 7. Queen, aka Dana Owens, has tapped hit-making production team Cool and Dre
to executive produce the project.
Not lettin’ any man, including Irv Gotti, get her down, Ashanti is moving on without Inc. Records.
The diva in making will reportedly be singing a new tune - on Broadway. Ashanti is said to be getting
ready to Dorothy in a Broadway-bound revival of 'The Wiz.' Critics are already questioning whether
she has strong enough vocals to pull it off. You be the judge and check out Ashanti singing “Home” on

Da Rumor Mill is rollin’ in the hood and this is what we picked up this month.
Word has it that our homeboy Slim Shady, aka Eminem, aka Marshall Mathers III may be going soft -
that is toward his estranged mother anyway. The 36-year-old rap super-star has reportedly been taking
it to the head and experienced a new revelation. While popping painkillers and getting hooked on
methadone, he realized that he was an addict like his mother. He reportedly admitted to his addiction
which started back in 2004 with the release of his last album, Encore. Slim Shady says he’s been clean
Shady for the last year. His mother recently had heart surgery and is gravely ill. Her dying wish is to
reconcile with Eminem and his 13-year-old daughter Hailie. "My doctor told me the amount of
methadone I'd taken was equivalent to shooting up four bags of heroin," explained Eminem in a Vibe
Magazine article. "I probably wouldn't have taken it. But as bad as I was back then, I can't even say
100 percent for sure. It never once hit me that drug addiction runs in my family. Now that I
understand that I'm an addict, I definitely have compassion for my mother. I get it."
Shifting gears, what I don’t get is how Janet Jackson’s “wardrobe malfunction” during a performance
with Justin Timberlake at the 2004 Super Bowl in Houston is still news. But, here we go.
The Supreme Court sent the case back to the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia for
review. A previous ruling was in favor of CBS Corp., getting them out of paying a $550,000 fine imposed
by the Federal Communications Commission.
I guest the Supreme Court doesn’t have time to keep abreast of things.
Speaking of mothers, rumors have it that Grammy and Oscar Winning artist Jennifer Hudson is
pregnant. Her manager and publicist deny the rumors but two sources close to Hudson reportedly say
it is true.
And, while Hudson may be heading down the aisle and into the delivery room, sources say that Kelis
and Nas may be heading to divorce court. The news come despite of Kelis being 7 months pregnant
with the couple’s first child together.
Is there something in the water? I’ve rather bare bad news than a child, so I’ll catch next month in Da
